Silent Meditation with Bells at 5, 10, & 15 Minutes

​This meditation is unguided—it’s simply silence broken by a single bell after 5 minutes, two bells after 10 minutes, and 3 bells after 15.

You can use the silence to focus on anything you choose. Breath is the most common focus.

You can also attend to the sounds around you, physical sensations, an object you’re looking at or holding, or anything else.
