Silent Meditation with Bells at 5, 10, & 15 Minutes
This meditation is unguided—it’s simply silence broken by a single bell after 5 minutes, two bells after 10 minutes, and 3 bells after 15.
You can use the silence to focus on anything you choose. Breath is the most common focus.

You can also attend to the sounds around you, physical sensations, an object you’re looking at or holding, or anything else.
I like the idea of the bells at 5, 10 & 15 mins and I always hear the 5 min bell but no other bells. I don’t imagine my meditation is so deep I miss them so is the recording working properly?
Hi, June. Ha, that would be a very deep meditation! I’m sorry the 10 and 15 min bells aren’t audible. I don’t know why that is; I tested it on my system and it seems to be working. Maybe the audio player is timing out or something? You might try downloading the file and playing from there. Here’s the link on Dropbox.
I did that and it works like it’s meant to, so thanks.
Terrific!
