Sorry to hear of your struggles Seth. The world is seemingly spinning faster and faster and taking many people into its orbit. I think the best advice is your own and that is to go easy on yourself. You are a good person, I can tell, and perhaps a perfectionist too? Try to let go and just be.

Dear Seth, thank you for your marvelous podcast which has helped me think about life and myself differently. I found it to be very inspiring and I admire the way you have been talking to your guests in a caring way. I totally understand that you find it hard to make time for recordings. At the moment, I am going through a similar situation where I feel very exhausted. However, I still hope that you will one day take up the podcast again. Most of all I hope that you will get better and feel less stressed out and maybe even find a way to deal with your health issues. Again, thank you very much from Berlin, Germany where I will go on listening to the podcast episodes I haven’t heard yet, so that is something I look forward to.
